JR3800
with variable speed control makes tube cleaning
a one man operation. JR3800 uses a flexible shaft.
The rotating action of the cable allows the cleaning
brush or cutting/buffing tool to loosen all deposits
along the way. Water is transported through the
shaft simultaneously and continuously flushes out
the loosened deposits leaving the tubes thoroughly
cleaned. For tubes 1/4" and up.

cleaning straight tubes in Heat Exchangers, Oil
Coolers. The Kit consists of a portable drive with
water feeding attachment, set of rigid hollow shafts
(extendible up to 12 ft. using couplings) and Tools
(drill/cutter/brushes). Jet of water flows through
the hollow shaft cleaning away loose scale and cooling
drill or cutter head. |
