R800 Series Tube Expander
The most popular tool for use on heat exchangers and condensers. The R800 series are 3 roll expanders for tubes with 1/2" to 1-1/2" Outside Diameter tubes. This series expander is offered with 1-1/2" long rolls for tube sheets with a maximum thickness of 1-1/2" or with 2-1/4" long rolls for tube sheets with 2-1/4" thickness. 

R800-5 Series Tube Expander
Available for tubes with 1/2" to 1-1/2" Outside Diameters. R800-5 series expanders are offered with 1-1/2" long rolls or 2-1/4" long rolls.
5 roll expanders are recommended for work on thin walled tubes of Stainles Steel, Titanium, Incoloy, Copper Nickel (Cupro-nickel), and other exotic materials. The 5 roll expander has more contact with the tube,creating a more concentric and even expansion.More contact on a tubes' Internal Diameter also reduces spring back effect that is common with these tube materials.

R1200 Series Tube Expander
Long reach 3 roll expanders used for 1/2" to 1-1/2" Outside Diameter tubes with thick tube sheets.
A standard reach R1200 series expander with 1-1/2" long rolls will accommodate tube sheet thicknesses from 1-1/2" to 6". A standard reach R1200 series expander with 2-1/4" long rolls will accommodate tube sehet thicknesses from 2-1/4" to 6-3/4". Longer reaches and custom reaches are available.

R1200-5 Series Tube Expander
Suitable for 5/8" to 1-1/2" tubes, Long reach 5 roll expanders similar to the R1200 series. 5 roll expanders are recommended for work on thin walled tubes of Stainless Stell, Titanium, Incoloy, copper nickel (Cupro-nickel), and other exotic materials. A standard reach R1200-5 series expander has 1-1/2" long rolls and accommodates 1-1/2 to 6" tick tube sheets. R1200-5 expanders with 2-1/4" long rolls will accommodate tube sheet thicknesses from 2-1/4" to 6-3/4". longer reaches and custom reaches are available.  

R900 Series Tube Expander
This 3 roll expander seris is commonly used on oil coolers, radiators, and other applications with small diameter tubes. R900 serie expanders are used on tubes with 1/4" and 3/8" Outside Diameters. Expanders with 3/4" long rolls for 1/4"-3/4" thick tube sheets. 1-1/4" long rolls are available for 3/4"-1-1/4" tubesheets.

R1300 Series Tube Expander
The 1300 serises is along reach 3 rool expander, for use on 3/8" Outside Diameter tubes with thick tube sheets.R1300 series expanders with 3/4" long rolls have an adjustable tube sheet range of 3/4" to 3". Expanders with 1-1/4" long rolls have and adjustable tube sheet thickness range of 1-1/4" to 3-1/2".

R8012 Series Tube Expander
The R8012 series expanders have 2-1/4" long rolls and are used to expand thick tube sheets (up to 4") in air heaters, boilers, and refinery tubes. Expanders available for 1-3/4" to 4" Outside Diameter tubes. R8012 series expanders also available with 6" or 8" reach.

R-AN Series Tube Expander
The R-AN expander series is used on 1/4" & 3/8" OD tubes. These expanders have 1" long rolls for tube sheet thicknesses of 1/4" to 1". The captive mandrel is retained on the rear of gthe cage eliminating the nut on the tip of the mandrel to prevent scratching of the tube internal diameter.
