Plastic (Nylon) Tube Inserts
Prevent tube end erosion and costly retubing of Condenser and Heat Exchanger. PLASTIC TUBE INSERTS offer permanent protection for new tubes or extended life for old tubes already pitted or thinned at the insert section. Flared end of the insert is designed to give smooth venture entrance for the fluid to flow. Nylon inserts are resistant to chemical and are not affect by oils or greases. They will withstand temperatures to 250 °F.

Metal Tube Inserts
Metal Tube Inserts are manufactured to order. Metal inserst are manufactured to fit closely to the ID of the existing tube. The inserts can be provided in different lengths and materials, with or without a flared end. The inserts should be of similar material to the existing tube material. The inserts are installed by expanding into the tube sheet.
Metal Tube Insert Materials: 90/10 CuNi, 70/30 CuNi, Stainless Steel, AL-6XN, Duplex, Monel, Titanium.
*Supply OD and gauge of tube when ordering inserts.
